Performing a measurement is all well and good but are the measured values of your measuring instrument still correct?
By having your measuring instrument(s) calibrated regularly, you guarantee that the measured values are actually correct. Your measuring instrument is checked for measurement deviations, and we check whether these fall within the specifications of your measuring instrument. If deviations are found during calibration, which fall outside the factory specifications, then adjustments must be made. Adjustment means that the instrument is adjusted so that it again functions in accordance with the specifications. After the calibration, you will receive a calibration certificate with the measured deviations and an indication of the standards used.
Batenburg Mechatronica has its own calibration department and, depending on the type of instrument, can carry out the calibration by performing the adjustment ourselves, or have it carried out for you in cooperation with our exclusive suppliers.
